Isn’t allouette just a bird?

It is. “Alouette” is just the French name for a lark, so the Montreal Alouettes are probably named after a regional bird. But I have no life and I like to think that the CFL is slightly more in touch with Canada’s cultural heritage than the NFL and the US. That’s all.

Should have just tossed the bag of poop back into his yard.

I was worried that he would call the police and that I could get arrested and fined  since the town has a strict policy about cleaning up dog poop. Or I could’ve gotten into a dog poop fight with him.

You can’t possibly be surprised that you were the youngest person at an afternoon matinee of a community theater production in Western PA. If you weren’t the youngest by 45 years I’d be shocked. SHOCKED!

See, I wasn’t surprised by the fact that I was the youngest person there by 45 years. It was just confirmation of the fact that the longer I stay in rural Western PA, the more rapidly I age. That’s why I’m really looking forward to grad school.
